Unfriendly staff .... The food is tastelessly thrown into the car from the window ... The cracker badly the bag of food falls into the snow and you are seriously asked if you want to have the food completely new. PURE FREEDOM ....... If you don't feel like working then quit real ..... Never again!!!!!!

I agree with most of the reviews. Food is forgotten and you have to wait a relatively long time. In summary, the organization does not seem to be that good for some employees. The orders are packed completely confused and the garbage can outside was so crowded that we and others had to put our rubbish next to it. But the food was delicious and the staff was nice, but the wrap was so limp that it was impossible to get it out of the packaging without it sticking to it. Get normal nuggets instead of spicy ... It's not quite 3 stars, but not 2 either :).

Very bad staff. Wrong products are packed in the bag. The order has to be repeated 3 times at the drive-in so that the operator understands this and yet it is the wrong products. I don't recommend it! We will never go there again.

Disgusting .... at the drive-in I could see through the middle pane that the burgers were covered without gloves - and everything that fell next to the burgers was swept from the worktop by hand back into the ingredient container. "Gag, puke" I can only say :-(

Fast food is dying out. Burger a la homemade is coming!

I ordered 4 hamburgers from drive, I got that too. Only they were absolutely cold And then I got the EC card 8 euros more debited than it actually cost. Check out your EC devices and so far I haven't received an answer from this branch.

Now and then we treat ourselves to McDonald's but only McDrive. Disaster every time something is missing, it can't be, you just have to read everything off the screen and pack up where is the problem ?! But it is probably due to the management that has still not understood ... Please read the reviews and act then it works. Burger King is way ahead of you.

Bad, rude condition on a low-traffic Thursday afternoon. Left without buying anything. Can only advise against this branch. One star is too many.

I wanted double the sauce. Yes, gasagt wouldn't get anything, the second citizen was cold and the fries seemingly from yesterday. In the future we prefer to go to Bürger King or Subway again

It was very good and quick. The food and drink were all fine.

I don't know why it is to hire staff who speak German, understand it and can read it !? Every time there is something, either I have to repeat my order 3 times, something is missing or I get something completely different. They don't apologize either. Today I had to go back twice because 3 things were missing. There was a lot of staff on site and no crowds where that might have been understandable. My ice cream was a third melted. But 4 straws for 2 drinks 👌🏻. Gets worse every time there.

My chicken wrap was cold( is it meant to be? I dont know, I expected it warm), sauce and cheese not spread. It was quiet time. Clean-ish.

Unfortunately no microwave available according to the staff to heat up a pot. We received the order quickly but unfortunately it was not complete. It was quite dirty everywhere and the Corona measures were hardly adhered to. Visitors without a mouth mask were not addressed.

Incredibly badly organized staff, stay away from burgers of any kind! It takes forever to have it and then you lose your appetite when you open it! In addition, mayo ketchup etc is always missing with every order! In my opinion, even one star is too much!

Almost every time the ice machine is said to be defective, as it is today. You ask yourself in all seriousness, is the machine really defective that often, or the employees simply don't want to clean the machine after use and therefore don't want to sell ice cream or shake. We keep quiet about the friendliness of the staff. It's a shame actually. Was once a cool shop ...

Honestly, food is is same everywhere, but the service here is terrible. We waited ten minutes to order (yes, they were busy, but no one even looked at us, or told us "one moment please." I even asked, and they still ignored us for another five minutes.) My biggest pet peeve is being ignored. Just talk to me, tell me you need a minute or two. But people ordering on the machines behind us (we couldn't, we had a coupon) were getting their food taken care of before we could even order. It's just rude and bad service. I'm sure the food will taste fine when we get it (I'm still waiting, writing this review in the meantime) but the service is just unacceptable.

Got a cold burger even though it should have been cooked fresh since it was an alternate from menu order, order extra mayo, didn't get mayo, went back to the counter to ask for it and presented our bag with no mayo and the staff member who served us was briefly argumentative before reluctantly handing us the mayo we paid for. Also its Monopoly time, got the apple pie that should be 3 tokens but low and behold they are serving old wrappers that dont have the tokens on them, I know it's a McDonalds and should never expect much but damn this has been the worst I've visited in a long time. Avoid at all costs.... also the amount of flies in the place was off putting. It's late November... where are they even coming from??

Really bad. Dry food. I’ve been to other restaurants of the McD, so I know what you may expect. This was a real mess. If you’re not content or proud that you work at McD then quit! Sauce should be on a burger not on the side and how hard is it to stack the ingredients on top of each other... and if you deside to serve this to the customer please put napkins on the tray...

People are not friendly there... Everything is dirty every time... Food can be super old and i saw that they have pets... They have rats!!! Who wants to go there good luck!!!

McD is your average McD. The food (burger) was quite horrible.

Complete disaster. No more orders were accepted as the service times were too high. All garbage containers were completely overcrowded - the garbage lay on the floor in front of it. The shift leader (responsible can write me for more information) was absolutely unhealthy to the guests.

Worst place ever. After 30min of waiting we decided to leave. Lucky we got our money back. Apart from the waiting, cleaning and tidying the place is also not a strong suit of the current staff... Never again
